Why Provide Shopify Access?

Collaborators are Shopify Partners who have access to your store. They’re similar to staff, but offer additional benefits. Collaborator permissions give Partners access to only the sections of your store that you want them to see. Collaborators can log in from their Partner Dashboard, and their access to your store can be removed from your store admin. Collaborators also don’t count towards your store’s staff limits.

How to Provide Access Shopify?

1. Sign into your Shopify Account

https://www.shopify.com/login

2. In Admin navigate to ‘Settings > Users and Permissions > Collaborators’.

3. Select “Only people with a collaborator request code can request access”

4. Provide Code to Agency/Freelancer

5. Your Agency/Freelancer will submit a request for collaborators access on their end.

5. Review their request to accept or reject in Shopify Admin under ‘Settings > Users and Permissions > Collaborators’.
